Delivery time

Each product is handmade to individual order, this allows us to control material consumption and reduce waste in our practice.

 

It may take approx. 7-10 working days to process your order and physically make your product  (our working days are Monday to Friday) + shipping time according to the location.

 

Delivery time frames may vary for different locations: 

Poland - between 1-3 working days*

UE - between 5-7 working days*

 

Delivery time is only an estimated time based on the information provided by the delivery service.
If we are not able to keep the scheduled delivery within the time frames stated in the listing, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

Delivery charges 

Free courier and parcel locker delivery in Poland in cooperation with InPost Service.
If you wish your parcel to be sent through the InPost Parcel Locker please provide us with its details using the “InPost Locker details (Poland only)” box on the checkout page or contact us via email (kontakt@knittofit.pl to discuss this type of delivery. 

 

EU and Worldwide deliveries are made in cooperation with DHL or its partners in other countries around the world. 

The shipping rate depends on the region and is shown upon selecting your country of delivery at checkout.

Poland - free delivery (InPost)
EU + UK - 10 EUR or FREE delivery above 150 EUR

 

We are not responsible for any extra charges due to the international shipping additional taxes, import duties, or fees applied to the shipping outside of the European Union. Due to customs issues,it is possible that your delivery may be delayed due to customs issues. Please check your local charges before you place the order.

 

No minimum order for any of the countries we ship to.
