This website is owned and operated by Klaudia Hołubecka-Archacka - Knit to Fit brand. This document presents all the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Online store terms
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Products and Prices
We reserve the right to change our prices, for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. The product information, pictures, and dimensions are as accurate as possible. The colours presented on the listing may differ depending on the colour settings on your screen/computer.
All prices on our website are in PLN, you can use the currency calculator (for GBP, EUR, USD) provided on the main shop page here. When selecting a currency option different from EUR please note that prices are based on the local/daily exchange rate, please check the currency rate for your country before making the purchase.
Personal information
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. Order
When placing an order you need to approve that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, it is required when placing an order and it takes place during the checkout section.
You will receive a confirmation email with any further information about your purchase, once we have received your order. Please make sure to check your personal details, and address during the checkout process in order to receive any further information related to delivery dates and tracking.
Each product is handmade to individual order, this allows us to control material consumption and reduce waste in our practice.
It may take approx. 7-10 working days (our working days are Monday to Friday) + shipping time according to the location.

Payment
You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards (Stripe), we don’t handle any credit card numbers.
In case we need to withdraw a transaction due to incorrect personal details or unavailability of the product we will contact each of our customers individually to discuss the best option to either continue or cancel the order.
Delivery
We offer free delivery in Poland in cooperation with InPost Service.
EU and Worldwide deliveries are made in cooperation with DHL or its partners in other countries around the world. The shipping rate depends on the regions, and is shown upon selecting your country of delivery at checkout, before confirming your order.
Delivery time is only an estimated time based on the information provided by the delivery service. If we are not able to keep the scheduled delivery within the time frames stated in the listing, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

Refunds & Returns
For any undamaged/unused product, simply return it with its original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method. Any damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and the refund will not take place.
Due to the natural/delicate nature of our knitwear products, we look at the returns individually and we reserve the right to reject the complaints/return of the product if we notice the damage or the sign of using/wearing the product. All used/washed/damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knit to Fit assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i)damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control (eg. government intervention, new / amended legislation, war, fire, flood, labour disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities) (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and all materials on this website including images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, copyrights, all Intellectual Property Rights are the exclusive property of Klaudia Hołubecka-Archacka - Knit to Fit.
It is strictly prohibited to use, copy, reproduce or public any of the content of this website without permission.
Promotional emails and content
If you subscribed to our newsletter you agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by email. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time at kontakt@knittofit.pl
Right to change and modify Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
